Who do you ship with?
We currently ship with Royal mail.
Do you supply returns labels?
We currently don’t due to being a small business.
I like the product however the fit isn’t quite right, can I exchange?
Please refer to our returns policy.
I have a discount code, how can I use it?
you can use discount codes across almost all of our ranges, just simply put the code into the selected box at checkout.
exclusions are: limited edition products, sale items and bundles.
Can I return manufacturing seconds or old stock?
Unfortunately, no, we do not accept returns on heavily discounted items such as manufacturing seconds or old stock.
Can I pre order?
Yes, occasionally we will take pre-orders on items that aren't available to dispatch straight away or manufactured yet.
How long do pre-orders take?
Usually only a couple of weeks but it can vary from product to product.
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently don’t however this may change in the future.
what are the washing instructions for my item(s)?
- Wash at 30 degrees
- Wash garment inside out
- Do not tumble dry, dry clean or iron
