Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at therurallark@gmail.com. Please do not send the item(s) back without contacting us first. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address.

please note that we do not offer a free returns label. We will also not look to refund any shipping or packaging fees. 


Faulty Items

At Rural Lark we thoroughly check all orders for any faults before dispatching and carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. 

We kindly ask that you contact us via therurallark@gmail.com

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

All items returned will be inspected by our team on receipt.
Any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear or damage will not be accepted as faulty. We also can not accept any responsibility for items damaged during washing if our wash instructions have not been followed. 

please be advised that if you would like a replacement or refund for your faulty item when you contact us about the fault. If the item is not in stock we will process a refund to your original payment method. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
we are sorry you didn’t love your garment. All exchanges must be processed within 14 days of receiving your order.

Successful exchanges will be shipped to you within 2-4 days. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Manufacturing seconds/ Old stock/ Non refundable(s)

Occasionally we will offer manufacturing seconds or old stock at a discounted price. 

Manufacturing seconds and old stock are non refundable. The following faults may occur: 

~ sizing smaller/ not true to size                                                              ~ visible thread                                                                 ~ uneven joins 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
